Kris Bernal, was once again harassed by BODY-SHAMERS!
After she posted last August 10, on social media where you can see her toned body. The content of the caption is about her stressors in business and according to her she converts stress into something positive.
"Pero deadma doon ang mga bashers and they all pointing on her shape and looks."
The said post garnered conflicting comments and opinions. Someone said “Lola goals,” Kris pointed out, someone said “You're scary,” she also said “drooping” and someone also suggested that she put on a little fat. There are also those who directly call her “pangit,” “buto-buto,” “zombie,” “kalansay” and so on.
To the rescue, her fans opposed the bashers and said ‘don’t dictate the actress what she wants to do to her body. For others, the actress is hot, and doesn’t look like a grandmother. It's a body goal and it's sexy. Many fans also appreciate Kris because she accepts and proud of what body type she has. She also once said "Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes."
A defender of Kris even went so far as to take screenshots of negative comments about Kris to post yours on his own Facebook page, under the name of Laurence Sy. Sy explained to the bashers in his post yesterday, August 12: “I will not cover your name because you also deserve to be bashed because of your habits.
“Sa totoo lang i really hate body shaming. Isn't it too harsh? [C]alling her kalansay, buto and so whatever. You have no rights to do that.

The actress solved the hate problem through her Instagram story: "I suggest you watch the video from start to end so that you will understand why I exercise in a swimsuit. Actually, it doesn't show my body, kasi wala naman akong maipagmamalaki, ` di ba? It's actually showing my shortcomings, just hugging and celebrating who I am."

In 2017, the actress criticized people for constantly telling her that she was too thin, and even called her anorexia and bulimia. Kris revealed that there is no way to defeat haters and trolls, so she just stops them when they cross the line: "If I reason out with them, they will say I am defensive or guilty.
