CASE FILED! The VIRAL WOMAN who did not pay the full amount of the food package initiates legal action.

On the Facebook post of CDN Digital, they posted up-to-date information about the woman who went viral after a scandal arose over non-payment of the full amount of the food package deal. Both women are from the province of Cebu.

After a small number of guests attended her party, a lady customer was chastised for refusing to pay the rest to a catering service.

Marjorie A. Alison, a Facebook user, provided video footage of a lady client who refused to pay her remaining balance after only a few guests attended her party. The post elicited a wide range of responses from the online community.

Alison, on the other hand, insisted on her rights, claiming that the client had already devoured some meals and that she was obligated to pay for the lechon package. The female client refused to pay and demanded a receipt as well as a BIR permit.

When faced with customer concerns, most firms follow the age-old saying, "The customer is always right." This statement is typically used to persuade clients that they can anticipate exceptional service from a business and emphasize to employees the importance of providing excellent service to customers. However, one may not believe that this saying should be followed at all times in order for a business to succeed, especially with this kind of customer in the viral video.
