Lovi Poe rumored to sign a contract with ABS-CBN

 

When asked if rumours that she is going to move to ABS-CBN are real, actress Lovi Poe remained tight-lipped.

Lovi's three-year exclusive contract with GM Network ended last July 2020. 

In the event that Lovi will accept ABS-CBN's offer, Owe My Love will her last assignment in GMA-7. 

Poe said, in an interview with ABS-CBN News during her film's premiere night,“I’ve been guesting. I’ve been promoting ‘The Bride and the Lover.’ I’m not in the position to say anything yet about that issue.”

Poe said she's excited to be able to advertise her film on both GMA and ABS-CBN, but she wouldn't say whether talks are in the works.

She said, “GMA has always been my home, and I’m just happy po na nandito ako ngayon signing a contract with my network.

“Nagpapasalamat ako dahil palagi nila akong binibigyan ng opportunity to actually work on what I’m really passionate about, which is acting and performing in front of the people who are supportive.”

Lovi will hold a press conference next Sunday.

This is most awaited since many expects that the actress will address the rumor and that she will evetually leave the network that cause her big breaks in the industry since she was a teenager. Poe started her booming career in showbusiness with GMA-7 when she was still 17-years old. 

Lovi's alleged transfer would lead her to reunite with other cast of LVD like Paulo Avelino, JC de Vera, and Janine Gutierrez.

Lovi's current network has not released any other official statement related to the rumored that she will indeed sign a contract with ABS-CBN.
