In an ABS-CBN interview, Evangeline expressed dislike on Julia for Gerald due to the age difference.
According to Gerald's mom, she cannot tell if the relationship would prosper.
“Julia, hindi ibig sabihin hindi kita gusto, bata ka sa anak ko, baka lang ilang taon lang, wala na rin. O maybe three months, wala na kayo,” Evangeline frankly said.
