A Jollibee crew cried after customer shouted at her

The challenges that come with working as a service crew member are difficult and exhausting both physically and psychologically - everything from cooking and delivering meals to delivering excellent customer care for hours can be exhausting. Only recently, the news of a weeping service crew member working at a nearby fast-food restaurant drew support from netizens. An angry customer reportedly screamed at the weeping service crew member, according to the netizen who told the story. A service crew member's life is no joke, as it is a difficult and exhausting career. Aside from cooking and serving meals, some employees also manage and process customer payments while also providing customer support.
A Facebook user recently shared an event between a service crew member and an irate client. Zari Frillez posted two photos on Facebook of a female Jollibee service crew member wiping her tears away after meeting an upset customer at the drive-thru.
Zari then went on to chastise the irate client for the challenging job that service crew members have to do every day.
Nahabag talaga ako kay ate," she wrote.
