Jaclyn Jose, 57, has stirred buzz on social media when she openly admitted that she understands why Andi Eigenmann, her daughter, left the showbiz industry.
During the vlog, Ogie straight up asked the 57-year-old actress if she understood why Andi left the showbiz industry to be a full-time mom.
According to Jaclyn, even she herself can feel tired with the demands of their work in the showbiz industry from time to time.
"Naiintindihan ko. Kasi kung ako nga, napapagod eh. Ayoko naman na yung anak ko ganun din. Pero si Andi hindi naman nagrereklamo yan eh, mabilis magtrabaho kasi gusto niya matapos agad. At hindi naman sa pagmamalaki, magaling si Andi, mahusay."
However, Jaclyn pointed out that perhaps Andi left the industry because of what happened to her back in the day.
"Kaya lang nagkaanak siya eh, nagkaron ng pamilya. Siguro sabi niya, 'Ayokong mangyari sa akin yung nangyari sa nanay ko. Di niya ako nakitang lumaki.'"
"Malaki ang hinihingi sa atin ng trabahong ito eh. Buhay mo kapalit eh," Jaclyn said at one point during the interview.
