In the same interview, AJ also addressed the issue with Barbie Imperial, where she said that she is not close to her and that Diego Loyzaga never courted her.

The actress also stated that she and Aljur are just simply talking.
"Si Aljur po, wala naman po kaming relasyon ni Aljur. Never naman po naming sinabi na may relasyon kami ni AJ at nag-uusap lang naman po kami. Wala po kaming relasyon. Sarado na rin naman po ’yon. Nasabi na rin po nilang dalawa ’yong mga gusto nilang sabihin," she stated.
AJ then underscored that the important thing is that she has learned from the issue with Aljur and has made a lot of realizations.
"Sa akin naman po, parang lesson na lang po ’yong nangyari. Marami po akong realization. Also, I think it’s part of the process of growing in showbiz. Sa nangyari po na ’yon mas naging responsible po ako sa mga sini-share at pino-post ko dahil hindi po lahat maiintindihan or pipiliin unawain ’yong sitwasyon ng iba," said AJ.
In the same interview, AJ addressed the issues raised by Barbie Imperial with Tito Boy on Cinema One. She said that she and Barbie met because of her ex-boyfriend, Axel Torres, who happens to be a friend of Barbie.
