Direk Ramsay and Ellen Adarna are now Married.

 

Ellen gave her Instagram fans a sneak peek of her bridal attire before exchanging "I dos" with Derek.

Ellen shared photographs from her bridal shot with wedding photographer Pat Dy at Lucas Studios in Quezon City on Thursday, November 11, 2021.

Ellen looked stunning in her Frankie de Leon bridal gown in one of the photographs.

Her shoot was placed against a flowery backdrop created by Gary Dacanay.

Many would have thought that Derek's relationship with Angelica Panganiban, Joanne Villablanca, and Andrea Torres would lead to a wedding. But they all ended up splitting up despite the actor’s several years relationship with them.

 So many were surprised when Derek immediately offered to marry Ellen even though they had only been in a relationship for a few months. Derek even promises Ellen, she will be the last woman in his life. Derek said in an interview on February 26, "Isn't it, I have a reputation that I don't want to get married because I'm the man, and I've always been vocal, 'No, I want to.'

"I'm just not rushing it, kasi I want to find the right person and talking about the future and talking about the M word seems so natural. Like, I have no fear."

"I'm not one to tap out.

"Natural" is the term, and we want to be as natural as possible.

"But if I didn't say she's the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with, I'd be lying to you, to myself, and to everyone."

They are neighbors in the said exclusive village. The 44-year-old Kapuso actor described his relationship with Ellen back then, “No, no ... It’s not a normal relationship. He's not the one who seems to be dating.

It’s just nagkakilala kami, from the dinner, every day, ‘O, workout.’”

From a simple dinner party to the sweet moments they shared on their respective social media accounts began the love story of Derek and Ellen.

Their simple and for family-and-closest-friends-only wedding was held at Rancho Bernardo Luxury Villas and Resort, in Bagac, Bataan, around 4 pm this Thursday, November 11. Only close relatives and friends of the bride and groom are invited to the wedding.
