Jesi Corcuera, a former PBB housemate, proudly displays his transman surgery scars.

 


Jesi, a YouTube vlogger with 268,000 subscribers, has been in a relationship with his non-showbiz partner for the past two and a half years. Jesi made a point of thanking his girlfriend for being there for him before his latest operation. "WHAT WOULD I DO WITHOUT YOU IN MY LIFE?" he wrote. Thank you for everything you've done for me, even while I wasn't feeling well due to the surgery. Whatever happens, I love you. May tampuhan man minsan. Please accept my apologies sa mga pagkukulang ko. Mahal, I'm very pleased to have you.”


In 2006, Corcuera made her television debut as a lesbian competitor on the GMA reality show "StarStruck." He was briefly teamed with Paulo Avelino, an actor. In 2016, he became a transman on "Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7." He currently has more than 269,000 subscribers to his vlog.

In 2013, the now 30-year-old vlogger stated that he has begun surgery to make the transition to become a transman. Jesi proudly displayed the scars from his most recent surgery in a recent Instagram picture. A former "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate and "StarStruck" contestant, talked about his freedom and pleasure as a transman while proudly exposing his chest surgery scars. 


Corcuera described his scars as "simbolo ng aking kalayaan (symbol of my independence)" when he posted a selfie of himself in a hospital on his Instagram profile yesterday, Oct. 27.

“Hindi maitagong ngiti,” he said. “Maaring hindi niyo maintindihan ang sayang aking nararamdaman pero sa likod ng mga hiwa sa ilalim ng aking dibdib, yan ang simbolo ng aking kalayaan. Kalayaan sa mapanghusgang lipunan.”

Para sa mga tulad kong parte ng makulay na bahaghari wag kayong titigil makamit ang inyong kalayaan at kasiyahan.  


“Maraming salamat sa suporta mula sa aking pamilya at sariling pamilya kasama ka @corcueracams At sa nag-iisang doktor na hindi sumuko at nagtiwala sa akin Dok @docyappy Mahal ko kayo!   ”

(A smile that cannot be hidden. You may not understand the happiness I feel, but behind the cuts under my chest is the symbol of my freedom. Freedom in a judgmental society.)

He then thanked his family, his doctor and his partner, Camille, for their support in his transition.


“Para sa mga tulad kong parte ng makulay na bahaghari, ‘wag kayong titigil makamit ang inyong kalayaan at kasiyahan,” he addressed members of the LGBTQ+ community.(For those like me who are part of the colorful rainbow, don’t stop striving for your freedom and happiness.)
