COVID-19 hit Angel Locsin's father Angelo Colmenares, ate the age of 94.

 

This was shared by Angel on his Instagram account this afternoon, September 12th. Angel posted a photo and video of his father being taken to the ambulance.

Based on Angel's caption, they have been "helpless" for a week due to the incident, especially since her father is already a senior citizen. 

Angel said, "It's been a week of feeling helpless. Imagine having covid at 94. Now imagine being blind in unfamiliar surroundings." In the last part of his caption Angel shares one of his realizations of this pandemic. 

SHe said, "So many realizations during this pandemic. We all have our battles, but some definitely more than others. To the PWD’s and everyone fighting their battles alone, captain! This too shall pass."

Many of Angel's friends expressed their prayers and wishes for the speedy recovery of the Kapamilya actress' father. These include Judy Ann Santos, Dimples Romana, Iya Villania, Camille Prats, Paolo Paraiso, and even her husband Neil Arce.

Despite the hardships, Angel remained strong and even encouraged PWDs not to lose faith and to keep fighting the good fight because everything will be alright in the end.
