A Kapamilya Weather Anchor’s “Transition Is Real” to GMA Channel
Confirmed! Kim Atienza is now a Kapuso celebrity. Yesterday, September 28, 2021, Kim’s new program Opening Break Bumper or OBB was televised.
Riding on a motorbike, Kim wore a leather jacket, jeans, and boots, he arrived at GMA Network Building located at Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
Most of the viewers didn’t believe at first about this alteration, however, Kim confirmed this during his Facebook Live last night.
“Alam ko bakit napakaraming mga viewers natin ngayon, lalung-lalo na sa Facebook, kasi may mga kumalat na post tungkol sa mga gagawin ko daw sa mga susunod na araw, mga desisyon na gagawin ko sa mga susunod na araw.”
“For those who follow me here on Facebook and YouTube, Kuwentuhan with Kuya Kim, remember, a couple of weeks ago, I was... I told you to pray for me because I am in transition. Remember that?”
“I will always be very truthful to you, my Facebook and YouTube followers, utang na loob ko sa inyo for following me and for being with me through hard times and good times.”
“And that period of transition is still ongoing. Transition.
"What does transition mean? Transition is moving from Point A to Point B.”

Kuya Kim urged the viewers to watch TV Patrol on Friday, October 1, 2021, for it is a historical day to him. It is expected to be his last day as a weather anchor in ABS CBN channel.
“I cannot tell you any specifics, any specific as to what transition, to where, and the details.”
"But I would highly suggest that you watch me on TV Patrol this coming Friday. It will be a very historical day for me on TV Patrol on Friday.”
