Mona Alawi is suffering a diabetic neuropathy!

 

In Ivana's most recent vlog,a 17 year old, Mona shared het health update. That in recent months she has been able to control her blood sugar level amidst her having diabetes at an early age. According to her, she has type 1 diabetes and it was difficult to control his sugar level despite the medications given to her.

Despite her lower sugar level, the younger Alawi revealed that she had a problem with her nerves. 

She explained that she is suffering from diabetic neuropathy, a type of nerve damage common among diabetics.

Recently, hindi ako okay. Alam mo ‘yung nagkakasakit ako? Nag-start din ako dito sa pump. And then nu’ng umokay na ‘yung sugar ko for the first time in ten years,” she admitted her situation.

Mona mentioned that her body was unaccustomed to her low blood sugar.

“Sanay sila dun sa mataas na sugar nagulat siya so nagkaroon ako ng diabetic neuropathy pero I will get better. Di naman siya incurable, di naman siya impossible. It will take some time para um-okay ako and okay naman sa akin yun,” she said.  

But the sad thing is, she is already watching herself and she has no control over her own body. Mona said.

Their family was very worried about this and Mama Alawi even told that Mona was really cold when she touched it.

As we all know that the two siblings are very close to each other.  When Mona told her sister that God had rejected her, Ivana  cried a lot

Nagulat ako sa kanya, sabi sa'kin ate ni-reject ako ni God, sabi ko hindi pwede hindi ka talaga kukunin," Ivana was crying while saying this words . "Na-reject ako, hindi ko pa raw oras, hindi pa raw pwede," Mona Explained.

This is also the reason why Ivana does not sometimes include the youngest sister in her vlogs.

That is why the Alawi family has no other wish but the permanent recovery of Mona.
