Elha Nympha, the singing champion, astonished her fans on Sunday with a smaller figure thanks to her stringent diet and training program.
Elha posted photographs of her fit body on Instagram, eliciting hundreds of comments from coworkers and admirers, many of whom were surprised by her change.
Elha has used the last few months under lockdown to lose weight by following a "super diet" and exercising frequently, she told PUSH.
Elha, 16, rose to prominence after winning ABS-"The CBN's Voice Kids" in 2015. She has also performed worldwide, most notably on the American and French versions of "Little Big Shots."
Elha is now a member of the Kapamilya trio JEZ, which includes Janine Berdin of "Tawag ng Tanghalan" and Zephanie of "Idol Philippines" as well as other singing champions.

Elha Nympha shook up her fans and following once more when she shared photographs from her beach trip after shocking them with her smaller body.
Thousands of likes and enthusiastic comments poured in for the 16-year-old singer's bold beach shot on Instagram. The images had almost 50 000 likes as of this writing.
Nympha said in a prior interview with I Can Feel U that her then-boyfriend, Star Music singer Brian Gazmen, was one of the reasons she felt driven to keep active and healthy.
"Siya po ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit ko po binuild up ‘yung sarili ko, bakit po ako nag-diet, bakit din po ako naging confident sa sarili ko ngayon," she said.
Last month, though, musician Brian Gazmen announced that he and Elha had split up.
"So a lot of people are questioning, ‘Split Na Ba Kayo?'" Brian remarked in a TikTok video he released on Sunday, November 29.
I only had one response. It's with regret that I must inform you that Elha Nympha has taken a break."
Elha sent a mysterious comment to her Instagram Stories shortly after Brian's video was aired, implying that he was still riding on her "success" despite their breakup.
"Ay sad ka pala hahahaha. Wag po tayong pa victim. Pwede ako magsabi ng totoo. Still using me pa rin? May pahabol. Dami likes and shares. Na ol na lang,"
