Tulfo questioned Alma Moreno after she allegedly stopped paying her condo's rent.

 


Actress Alma Moreno was accused of failing to pay the rent for her rented condominium unit in Paranaque on Raffy Tulfo's 'Wanted sa Radyo' program.

Theresa Grenard, who owns a condo unit, has asked Tulfo's assistance because the actress refuses to speak to her.


According to Theresa's story, she does not actually rent out her condo.  

But, because her sibling worked for Moreno, she gave in very easily, and they only agreed to rent for a month.

Moreno is also said to have made an advance payment and so there was no trouble at the beginning.  


Until Theresa discovered that Moreno had spent another five months in her unit.

Unfortunately, Moreno also failed to pay the over Php40,000 electrical payment. The unit's water connection is also broken.  

Theres a tried multiple times to communicate with and understand Moreno, but she refused to speak with her.


Tulfo's show attempted to interview Moreno as well, but he refused to speak on the air.  

Moreno only wanted to speak with Tulfo off-camera, but the host refused to be fair to Theresa.

The condo's owner did not want to sue Moreno, and all she wanted was for the actress to pay the energy bill that she  

had generated despite the fact that they no longer had the condo's rent to pay and had stayed longer for five months.


With over 2.7 million views and growing, Alma's interview with Karen has gone viral on the internet back then.

The interview was dubbed "awkward" by most netizens since it revealed Alma's difficulty in answering questions on her fight for women's rights.

Karen focused on the Reproductive Health (RH) Law, whereas Alma appeared to be at a loss for words when it came to explaining her opinion on it.

Alma was questioned about what happened after that  "awkward" interview.

She expressed her grief at the attacks and criticisms but appreciated those who stood up for her.



What could be the underlying reason for Alma's non-payment of rent in light of this new viral news?
