Derek Ramsay's recent Instagram photo has gone viral, causing outrage among online users.

The 44-year-old actor-host shared an uncensored snapshot of his fiancée, Ellen Adarna, on Thursday, June 17. 

Ellen was photographed in a deep slumber, sleeping with her lips wide open, much to the amusement of netizens.

Derek claims that one may tell if they truly love someone when the unfiltered sleeping face does not frighten them.

"You know you love someone when you don't freak out when you wake up to this in the morning!" he wrote, garnering laughs from the netizens.

Ellen's amusing and smart answer to Derek's online post, on the other hand, pleased the online community greatly.

"Kaya patay na patay ka sakin eh," Ellen wrote.

The said online post drew a number of reactions and comments from social media users.

As reported, Derek Ramsay stated that following an incident with Ellen Adarna, he gave her a piece of vengeance because of her "attitude."

When it comes to arguments and fights, Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna are just like any other couple.

Derek's story about how they fought back then made netizens double over with laughter.

"Yeah, so we went to Anilao, we had a little fight. Imagine, may fights na, wala pa ngang kiss," he said to which Ellen commented,

"At hiniwalayan ko siya ng hindi pa naman kami."

The argument continued, and Derek eventually decided to  seek revenge on Ellen for her attitude, "She gets in the car, we're driving down, and she's giving me this attitude so sabi ko, 'I need revenge.'

Some people doubted Ellen and Derek's love for each other, but Ellen and Derek proved them wrong.
