Ellen who was John Lloyd's former live-in partner is now Derek's fiancée.
On June 27, Elias celebrated his third birthday.
Ellen and John Lloyd gave a birthday party separately for their son, but the theme was the same; Spider-Man.

John Lloyd threw an intimate celebration for his unico hijo before Elias's actual birthday. The celebration appears to have taken place at John Lloyd's rest house in Batangas.
Maja Salvador, the CEO of Crown Artist Management, which manages John Lloyd's acting career, posted photographs and videos from Elias' birthday celebration.
John Lloyd is seen in one of the videos assisting his son with blowing out the candles on his cake. Elias smashes his Spiderman piñata to obtain the sweets inside.
Elias also enjoyed a birthday party at the home of his mother Ellen's fiancé Derek Ramsay in Muntinlupa City, which was hosted by his mother Ellen.
Together with Derek Ramsay, the famous mom threw a wonderful Spiderman-themed birthday party for him.
Ellen could be seen giggling at Elias and Derek doing Spiderman's characteristic pose in the first series of images she shared. She also sent Elias a brief yet heartfelt birthday greeting.
"Happy Birthday My \[heart emoji\]," Ellen wrote the caption.
Meanwhile, Ellen shared a short clip of Elias showing his Spiderman stance which caused a number of people in the background to cheer.
Derek also posted a birthday greeting to Elias on Instagram.
The actor first posted a picture of himself and Elias in the pool and riding the lifeline.
"Happy birthday babiguling!! Love ya buddy!!" Derek wrote.

But Derek obviously didn't like it. Derek clarifies, John Lloyd is a good father to Elias.

The netizen chastised the Filipino-British actor and said that he should be considerate of John Lloyd's feelings.
"Sorry but that's such an awful thing to say. Jl and I have no issues. He is a great father to Elias and I am not trying to replace him as the \[father\] of Elias," Derek answered.
