Dennis Padilla exposes convo with Gerald Anderson

 

Dennis Padilla admits to talking with Gerald Anderson in July 2019 during the height of the Julia Barretto and Bea Alonzo saga.

Julia Barretto is Dennis's daughter from his first marriage to Marjorie Barretto. In July 2019, the public learned that Gerald and his ex-girlfriend Bea was no longer together, and it was a major topic at the moment.

Dennis confessed on Ogie Diaz's YouTube vlog on June 4, 2021, that he was affected when Julia was

involved in the Bea-Gerald breakup. According to Dennis, he spoke with Gerald at the moment to learn more about what had occurred. "'Is Bea still your girlfriend?' Dennis asked Gerald. 

'No,' Gerald replied. "'All right, so my daughter doesn't turn up to be a villain,' Dennis added.

"'I hope you defend in public,' Dennis said to Gerald.

'All right, Uncle Dennis, I'll do an interview tomorrow,' Gerald responded."

Gerald's attempt to clear the situation, however, did not work out. "However, they didn't proceed the next day because they were waiting for Mariole to arrive from the United States," Dennis explained.

Mariole Alberto, the head of ABS - CBN's Star Magic talent management arm at the time, was referred to as "Mariole" by him.

Dennis added that before Gerald's expected interview, Bea was cornered by ABS-CBN's internal media.

That happened on July 26, 2019, after the story conference of the cooking series that Bea was supposed to star in.

Dennis allegedly watched Bea's statement that they did not have a formal breakup with Gerald.

According to the source, Dennis called Gerald because he was concerned about the criticisms received by Julia, who is accused of being a third party to Bea and Gerald's breakup.

Gerald and Julia, on the other hand, insisted that they had no relationship.

Gerald also insisted that Julia was not the reason for his breakup with Bea, but a personal issue with his

ex-girlfriend. Gerald revealed that he was dating Julia on March 5, 2021. 

The two have been open about their romance since then. Dennis also notices Julia's affection for Gerald.

By any chance, Dennis said he was in favor of talking to Gerald in person.
